Since these products are delivered electronically and become accessible immediately after successful payment, purchases are generally considered final. 2. Digital Products

All notes, PDFs, question banks, mock tests, practice papers, and test series available on GTR Classes are digital products. Delivery of these products begins as soon as payment is confirmed and access is granted to your account. Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to accept returns in the same manner as physical goods.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a payment has been successfully deducted but the purchased product has not been delivered due to a verified technical issue attributable to GTR Classes. In such cases, our team will first attempt to restore access or resolve the issue before processing any refund request.

If duplicate payments are made for the same product because of a payment gateway error or accidental multiple transactions, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification of the transaction records.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided once access to purchased notes or test series has been granted. Requests based on change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of usage, dissatisfaction due to personal expectations, incompatibility with individual study preferences, or failure to complete the material are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will also not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, including unauthorized sharing of content or misuse of the platform.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a payment is deducted from your account but access is not immediately provided, we recommend waiting for the payment gateway to complete processing. In many cases, delayed confirmations are resolved automatically. If the issue persists, please contact our support team with the transaction details for investigation.

In situations where the payment ultimately fails or is reversed by the payment provider, the amount may be automatically credited back to your original payment method according to your bank or payment provider's policies.

6. Refund Request Process

Users seeking a refund must contact GTR Classes with relevant transaction details, including payment reference number, order information, and registered account details. Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information where necessary. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved after verification, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method used for the purchase. The actual time required for the amount to reflect in your account depends on the payment gateway, banking partner, and financial institution involved and may vary accordingly.

8. Fraud Prevention

GTR Classes reserves the right to reject refund requests that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with this policy. Attempts to misuse the refund process, including chargeback abuse or unauthorized disputes after successful content delivery, may result in permanent suspension of the associated account and further legal action where appropriate.
